INSTAGRAM LONG BEACH / CATHRINE KHOM

We’re back on our journey to find the most Instagram-worthy spots around the globe. Our next stop? Long Beach, California. Catch a quick peek at the prettiest places spotted by Cathrine Khom, editor-in-chief of our friend Local Wolves.

Steelhead Coffee
This local coffee shop is always my go-to spot. The decor is very minimal and I love bringing my friends to this part of Long Beach. California Heights is pretty cool!

Brunch is in session! This cafe has some scrumptious options for breakfast, lunch or brunch. It’s right next to a record store, Fingerprints so usually I grab an iced chai latte and browse records with friends. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy work day.

Ay qué Vintage
I discovered this vintage shop on a whim with my friend, Jolene. I am a huge nerd when it comes to fashion and anything vintage. This shop is quirky and fun, plus it’s super close to Berlin Bistro too!

Rose Park Roasters
This shop is known for their infamous ‘Welcome To The Process’ sign and they have my heart for their seasonal drinks and to die for vegan donuts from local homemade pastry businsss, Caffeinated Kitchen. Rose Park Roasters was like my second office during my college years, the vibe is full of creative individuals.

The overall vibe of Lord Windsor Roasters is so Instagram worthy. From their checkered floor, wooden decor and their open bar style – it’s a design lover’s dream. If you’re into cold brew, this is everything you’ll ever need.
