Artwords – London
With two locations, one in Shoreditch and another in London Fields, Artwords was established in 2001 and specialises in books on visual art and stock magazines focused on fashion, art, design, fine art and culture.

MagCulture – London
If you love magazines, you’ll have been reading Jeremy Leslie’s blog “MagCulture” for years. You’ll also be aware that they recently opened up their own magazine shop in London. Encouraging people to come into the shop and take their time browsing and discovering new titles, MagCulture is a magazine lovers dream!

Magazine Brighton – Brighton
When you think of Brighton, you might think of YouTube land. We think of “Magazine Brighton,” a brand new store opened only a year ago by Martin Skelton. Seeing so many magazine shops and independant magazines from around the world whilst on his travels, Martin left his job in consultancy to open his own shop.

The Mix Place – Shanghai
A very recent addition to the streets of Shanghai, The Mix Place is a magazine and book shop dedicated to selling international publications.

Do You Read Me?! – Berlin
do you read me?! is a Berlin based magazine and book shop, featuring international print. Ranging from fashion, photography, and art to architecture, interior design and culture, DYRM offers the perfect place to discover your new favourite publications.

Print Matters! – Zurich

Sérendipité – Chexbres
Another shop in Switzerland but this time in the lovely little town of Chexbres, Céline Debray set up her shop out of pure love for magaznes and frustration at the lack of places to purchase them in her hometown. Stocked alongside local designer goods, Sérendiptié is a magazine lovers paradise.

Chandal – Barcelona
Chandal might just be the shop we love the most from this list, purely because it combines the two things we love the most in life: photography and magazines! A concept store which sells Polaroid cameras and magazines just down the road from the Museo De Arte Comtemporaneo, could there be anything more perfect?

Beautiful Pages – Sydney
Beautiful Pages is a Sydney based store run by graphic designer Tiana Vasiljev. Founded in 2011 as an online store, Tiana opened up her Beautiful Pages in 2012 after huge success. Head here if you’re a magazine lover but are also into gifts, posters and films!
